Meghalaya Sub-Junior Girls won 5-1 against Kerela
CUTTACK: Meghalaya Sub Juniors girls played their first match today against Kerela and Meghalaya girls won 5-1.
In the first half, Meghalaya played better always putting pressure the Kerela defense right from the blow of the whistle and in 5 mins of the game first goal came from Sunalinda Lawren the striker of the team.The 2nd goal came from Sanfida Nongrum in 7.37 min and in 13.50 min she scored her 2nd goal. The fourth goal was scored by Darishisha Kharlyngdoh in 16.13 min while Fragrancy Riwan scored the last goal in 19.44 min.
All five goals were scored in the First half of the match.
In the 2nd half , Kerela girls were trying hard to pressure the defense of Meghalaya and they managed to score a goal and the match ends at 5-1.
