Meghalaya to organize first ever Employment Fair for Nurses: Opportunities for working abroad

The Meghalaya, Health & Family Welfare Department on Friday anounced that in collaboration with NAVIS Human Resources Pvt. Ltd, they will be conducting an Employment Fair for Nurses interested in working abroad.

The announcement came six weeks after Meghalaya Health Ampareen Lyngdoh made an official observation that there is surplus nurses in Meghalaya than the requisite numbers and also emphasized on the possibility for looking for suitable employment for the surplus nurses outside the State or Country.

According to an official notice issued by Meghalaya Director of Health Services (MI), candidates who wished to enroll may fill the link uploaded in the Government website www.meghealth.gov.in

The Health Department informed there will also be an Orientation Programme.

However, the date and venue for the first ever employment fair for nurses will be intimated later on the above website.
