Meghalaya’s University offered free scholarship to poor & needy students

Coming to the rescue of the poor and needy students who could not pursuit higher studies due to economic constraints, Martin Luther Christian University (MLCU) one of the premier private university in the State will give free scholarship to 100 students for the academic session 2022-23.

According to a communique, the University informed that they offers free scholarship awards for 100 students from families facing economic hardship for the academic year.

Elaborating on Scholarship Awards, the University said it covered Diploma, Undergraduate, Postgraduate and PhD programs.

This scholarship is provided for applicants who fulfill the general criteria.

Students who are awarded these scholarships will be provided a support system such as counselling services related to well-being and career.

These students will be provided a full scholarship for the academic years of their degree in MLCU.

These 100 seats will be provided in all the departments across the university.

Only a nominal application fee of Rs 500 will be levied.
