Men in Black without lathi

These men in black belonged to the super elite force of Meghalaya Police known as the Special Force -10 or SF-10. They were deputed for law and order duty during the procession took out by the Synjuk Ki Waheh Chnong from Jrisalien to PWD Jowai North Division on Thursday.

Several citizens of Jowai Town were overheard saying how will the SF-10 personnel enforces the law when they came for duty bare hands without any lathi or arms or tear gas. They came unprepared as they were complacent that nothing will happen and even if something they will engage themselves in a wrestling match.

The higher up of SF-10 needs to take note of this irresponsible attitude and issue strict order that they should carry lathi atleast and better be prepared for any eventuality than to be sorry.
