More buildings declared COVID-19 containment areas

The District Magistrate East Khasi Hills District on Monday has declared more buildings and houses as COVID-19 containment areas.

The following is the list of containment areas:
House of Renuka Rai, C/o Ganesh Store, opposite Income Tax Quarter, Keating Road.

House of Binod Khemka, Ferndale Apartments, E-107, IGP.

All the 4 (four) Buildings within the Additional Secretariat Quarters.

The district administration has also retained Room No. 101 and Room No. 102 in the building of Dr. Sunita Shylla at Wahdienglieng as containment areas.

In another order, the Disrict Magistrate has lifted the containment order for the house of Martian Mawthoh at Riat Bharat, Malki, Nongshiliang with immediate effect.
