MSSASA concerns over agitation by commercial vehicles
The Meghalaya SSA Schools Association (MSSASA) has expressed concern over the statewide agitation called by the commercial vehicles over fuel price hike from Monday.
According to the president of the association Aristotle C Rymbai, the agitation would no doubt affect the teachers from government, deficit and SSA schools, who will be appearing for their Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) exams to be held from February 16 to 26.
“We therefore urge the state government and the MJACCV to resolve the stalemate in order to prevent any hardship to the teachers during the exam period,” Rymbai said in a statement on Sunday.
