MVSA donates Rs 1 lakh to CM’s Relief Fund

SHILLONG: The Meghalaya Veterinary Services Association (MVSA) has contributed Rs. 1 lakh to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund for helping families affected by natural calamity due to incessant rainfall in the state.   

The cheque was handed over to the Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma by MVSA president Dr. WMW Khongwir in the presence of the general secretary Dr. Brightstar Langbang and other executive members of the association.

“We hope that this little amount will be of some help in restoring lives of those who were affected,” the association said.
