NEHU conferred PhD to Dikari Bonnie Lamare
The North Eastern Hills University (NEHU) has conferred the Degree of Doctor of Philosophy to Dikari Bonnie Lamare in English department on June 23.
She completed her thesis titled, “The Study of: The Romantic Outsider in the Select Works of Hermann Hesse”. She worked under the supervision of Professor Dr. L.K Gracy, Department of English, NEHU Tura.
Dr. Dikari Bonnie Lamare, is the daughter of Damekit Khonglah and Lahairoi Lamare, resident of Caroline Colony, Jowai. She has also completed her MA from the same NEHU campus.
“I would like to express my deepest appreciation to God the Almighty for His blessing in my life. My gratitude goes to my supervisor Dr. L.K Gracy for her assistance throughout the course of my research and lastly I would extend my gratitude to my parents and relatives for their support, guidance and goodwill in every phase of my life” said Dr. Dikari Bonnie Lamare.
