Night Curfew relaxed by three hours in Sahsniang Village

In view of the overall improvement in the law and order in Sahsniang Village under Raliang Outpost the District Magistrate West Jaintia Hills District on Friday has relaxed the Night Curfew by three hours with immediate effect and will remain in force until further order.

The night curfew has been relaxed from 9 PM to 11 PM and from 5 AM to 4 AM and the new timing for Night Curfew is from 11 PM to 4 AM .

After the declaration of result of Mowkaiaw Assembly Constituency embittered NPP supporters attacked the houses of UDP supporters in Sahsniang and damaged their houses and vehicles.
