Nirvana Wellness opened in Guwahati; focuses on balanced, healthy lifestyle of city people
Nirvana Wellness, a holistic centre specializing in yoga, meditation, psychological counselling, and Reiki therapy, was inaugurated on the auspicious occasion of Mahalaya on October 2.
The centre was launched by Ruchi Bharadwaj Borah, a renowned nutrition and fitness coach, in a ceremony attended by distinguished guests. Babita Singh, a wealth manager and Managing Trustee of Zazba Trust, and Geetimala Baishya, retired General Manager of Assam Industrial Development Corporation (AIDC), graced the event as guests of honour.
Located on August Kranti Path in Beltola Bazar, Nirvana Wellness offers a wide range of services delivered by expert professionals, including Access Bar Healing, a unique therapeutic modality aimed at promoting mental clarity and relaxation. The centre is set to become a sanctuary for those seeking physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Anamika Baruah, Director of Nirvana Wellness Centre, shared her vision for the newly inaugurated facility, highlighting its focus on providing an integrated approach to physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Emphasizing the importance of holistic healing, Baruah noted that the centre was founded with a strong commitment to addressing the rising levels of stress, anxiety, and depression in today’s society.
