No schooling from 8 am to 3 pm for 3 days in South Garo Hills

The Deputy Commissioner, South Garo Hills, Baghmara has declared all schools including Primary, Upper Primary, Secondary and Higher Secondary Schools to remain closed during the Day from 8 AM to 3 PM in the District from Wednesday to Friday.

The order for closure of schools is to ensure the safety and well being of students, teachers and staff and as a precautionary measure to the risk of heat stroke, dehydration and other related illness.

Meanwhile, the mop-up exercise for national deworming day will be carry out by all concerned on next Monday.
