NOC required for setting up of Explosives manufacturing, sale & storage

In compliance to the Government notification in connection with the services under the Meghalaya Right to Public Services Act. 2020, the Deputy Commissioner, West Jaintia Hills has directed that an NOC is required for setting up of Explosives manufacturing, storage, sale, transport, petroleum, Diesel & Naptha manufacturing, Storage, sale, transport and license for sale of crackers are to be applied online from megedistrict.gov.in with immediate effect.
