Corona virus: North Liberty School Jowai introduce online learning for students
North Liberty Higher Secondary School, Jowai has decided to start an online learning for classes from Nursery to X to ensure that students do not miss out on their studies in view of the curfew and lockdown to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the state.
The school is offering e-book, worksheet, solution to worksheet and video. It may be mentioned here all educational institutions in the state have been shut down since the lockdown.
Elaborating on this novel idea, the first of its kind initiative in Jowai, Principal of the School B Richard Uriah said the idea behind the exercise is to ensure that students do not waste valuable time during the lockdown period which till date is uncertain when it would end.
He also urge both parents and students to kindly visit the school website http://www.nlhss.org/ to ensure the child does not miss the lessons.
