NPP giving more schemes to Congress in JHADC: BJP
The state Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has accused the National People’s Party-led executive committee in the Jaintia Hills Autonomous District Council (JHADC) of giving more schemes to opposition Congress MDCs.
Speaking to media persons on Saturday, Mawrie said that the NPP-led EC in JHADC is very partial towards the three MDCs of the BJP.
“All our MDCs are kept in the opposition. Whatever schemes received by the JHADC from the Centre, it is very sad to raise this point that they (NPP) are doing partiality to our MDCs in Jaintia Hills where they have given more schemes to the Congress MDCs,” he said.
