Orientation Programme on prospect of joining IAF

In order to enlighten the students community on the prospect of joining the Indian Air Force, the East Jaintia Hills District organized an orientation session at Jaintia Eastern College, Khliehriat Presbyterian Higher Secondary School and St Anthony’s College, Byndihati on Wednesday.

Sergeant Vinod Shah, Indian Air Force was invited by the District Administration as resource person for the programme.

Orientation session was organized to make students aware about ongoing recruitment in Indian Air Force for Agneeveervayus.

It may be mentioned that the Indian Air Force has invited applications from unmarried Indian male and female candidates born between 26^th December 2002 and 26th June 2006 for selection test for Agniveervayu intake 02/2023 under Agnipath Scheme.

Online registration commenced from 10:00 AM of 17^th March, 2023 and will close at 5:00 PM of 31^st March, 2023. The online examination will be held on 20^th May, 2023.
