People of Nartiang constituency condemns attack on Deputy CM Sniawbhalang Dhar’s residence
People of Nartiang Constituency on Saturday strongly condemned the recent petrol bomb attack at the residence of deputy chief minister in-charge urban affairs Sniawbhalang Dhar.
Speaking to media persons, headman of Sohphoh village Mutshwa Thabah said, “We strongly condemn the attack, which is seen as a threat to cause harm to the life of the MLA, who is also the deputy chief minister of the state.”
“The incident, which is nothing but an act of hatred against the MLA, has hurted the sentiments of the people of Nartiang constituency,” he said.
“We therefore, strongly demand the state police to take action against the culprits involved in the incident and book them as per law of the land,” Thabah said.
