Permission granted to perform Shri Shri Kali Puja at Muktapur
The Sub Divisional Officer (Civil) Amlarem, Abhilash Baranwal has granted permission to the Secretary of Muktapur Kali Puja Committee, to performed the “Shri Shri Kali Puja” Festivals on the 4 November, 2021 at Muktapur Puja Temple premises subject to compliance and strictly maintain Standard Operation Procedure as per order issued by Political Department Government of Meghalaya along with the following conditions:
- Order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India with regards to the use of P.A System should be strictly adhered to by the organizers. The use of loud Speakers beyond 10.00 PM is prohibited.
- No bursting of crackers or any fireworks is allowed in public places, paths and roads.
- There should be no selling of liquor or intoxicating drinks in and around the area during Kali Puja day.
- Executive Magistrate and Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Amlarem should monitor all arrangements made in compliance with the Standard Operating Procedures mentioned above.
Any violation of the Standard Operating Procedures will be viewed seriously,
In addition SOP and other Protocols already put in place or being put in place by the Health and Family Welfare and the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India which must be strictly complied with.
