Heaps of garbage accumulated at Iawthymme Jowai (JHADC Market), Iaw Seinraij, Jowai and Thomas Jones Road, Jowai as outgoing MDA Govt failed miserably to find out a land for permanent waste management plants.

They hid under the cover of politics of garbage to overshadow their inefficiency and inability to deliver to the people.

Strangely, until Monday the day of polling, the garbage were collected by Jowai Municipal Board daily for political not civic reasons.
