Privilege motion against Chief Minister defeated

The motion of breach of privilege moved by the opposition Congress against the Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma was defeated through voice vote. 

The Congress has accused the CM for misleading the House in regards to the power purchase agreement signed with National Thermal Power Corporation Limited (NTPC) in 2007.
