Punjab CM to address rallies in two Lok Sabha seats in Assam
After Delhi education minister Atishi Marlena, Punjab chief minister Bhagwant Mann will arrive here on Friday with a two-day visit to boost the election campaign for Aam Admi Party (AAP) in two Assam’s constituencies – Dibrugarh and Sonitpur.
Mann will arrive at Mohanbari airport on Friday morning from where he proceed to Tinsukia by road.
AAP’s Northeast in-charge Rajesh Sharma said Mann will address an election rally of the party at Tingrai in Tinsukia district in favour of AAP candidate for Dibrugarh, Manoj Dhanowar.
The rally will be held at Bangali Balijan in April 12.
On April 13, Mann will lead a roadshow at Biswanath Chariali in support of party candidate for Sonitpur constituency, Rishiraj Kaundinya.
The Aam Aadmi Party is contesting in two Lok Sabha seats from Assam in the upcoming elections.
