Purabi Dairy expands digital footprint, partners with top online grocery platforms for wider reach
In a strategic move to enhance consumer convenience and market reach, Purabi Dairy has partnered with leading online grocery platforms—Blinkit, Flipkart, BigBasket, and Swiggy Instamart. This initiative enables customers across Guwahati to access Purabi’s fresh and high-quality dairy products with the ease of doorstep delivery.
With the growing consumer shift towards online grocery shopping, integrating Purabi’s milk and dairy products into major e-commerce platforms reflects the company’s commitment to adapting to changing market trends. Now, customers can order their favourite dairy essentials, such as milk, paneer, sweet curd, and plain curd, with just a few taps on their smartphones—eliminating the need to visit physical stores.
Speaking about the expansion, Syed Mujaddid Hussain, Head of Sales and Marketing at WAMUL, emphasized the significance of this move: “The integration of Purabi’s products with leading e-commerce platforms marks a significant step towards enhancing accessibility and convenience for consumers. As demand for high-quality dairy products grows, this initiative ensures that fresh and nutritious milk and milk products reach households seamlessly. At WAMUL, our focus remains on strengthening Assam’s dairy ecosystem, and this digital expansion not only benefits consumers but also creates better market opportunities for our dairy farmers.”
This development aligns with Purabi Dairy’s larger vision of modernizing the dairy supply chain and improving access to quality dairy products. As part of ongoing efforts to strengthen Assam’s dairy sector, the National Dairy Development Board (NDDB) has collaborated with WAMUL to double the milk processing capacity at Purabi Dairy’s Panjabari plant. These initiatives aim to meet increasing consumer demand while supporting local dairy farmers by ensuring better market linkages.
