Rajesh Lamin sentenced to 15 years for raping minor

The Court of Special Judge POCSO, East Jaintia Hills District, has sentenced Rajesh Lamin to 15 years of rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs 15,000 for raping a minor.

He was convicted under Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

The case was registered at Khliehriat Women Police Station C/No. 03(03)2019 U/s 3/4 POCSO Act, was meticulously investigated by WPSI S Kharsati and charge-sheeted vide CS No. 02/2019. dated 25.09.2019.
