Relatives requested to collect unknown male patient from Civil Hospital, Shillong

The Additional Director of Health Services, Civil Hospital, Shillong has informed that one unknown male patient, around 49 years of age, brought by 108 Nongpoh Ambulance, Ri Bhoi District, was admitted in the ICU Bed No. 4 on 25.6.2024 at 1:01 PM.

The person expired on 2.7.2024 at 4:41 PM.

All concerned relatives, etc are requested to collect the dead body from the morgue of the hospital within a period of 3 days from the date of issue of the notice failing which the dead body will be sent for disposal by the Shillong Municipal Board.
