Rev. Dr. Robert Cunville released Pnar Audio New Testament

Rev. Dr. Robert Cunville officially released the Pnar Audio New Testament on July 25, marking a significant milestone for the Pnar-speaking community.

Pnar Linguists hosted the event at Bishop House in Lumbihsyntu, Soomer, Jowai.

Users can now access the Pnar Audio New Testament, christened “Baibyl Pnar,” on the Play Store for android devices.

Also present during the launch were the Bishop of Jowai Diocese, Fr. Ferdinand Dkhar, Dolloi Elaka Jowai, Puramon Kynjing, North Liberty Higher Secondary School Principal B. Richard Uriah and among others.

Rev. Dr. Robert Cunville emphasised the importance of the Pnar Audio Bible in reaching the hearts of the Pnar people, allowing Pnar speakers to engage with their faith in their native tongue.
