SHILLONG: The General Body Meeting and Election of the Shillong Cricket Association (SCA) will be held on June 8, 2019 at the SCA office Polo.

The details of the dates are as follows:

Availability of Nomination Forms SCA office	9:00 am onwards Saturday, 18th May 2019
Last Date/Time for receipt of filled Nominations at Office of RO, SCA	4:00 pm onwards Friday, 24th May 2019
Display of List of Nominees on the notice-board	5:00 pm onwards Friday, 24th May 2019
Last Date/Time for receipt of Withdrawals at Office of RO	6:00 pm onwards Friday, 24th May 2019
Display of Final List of Nominees on the notice-board	7:00 pm onwards Friday, 24th May 2019
Date of Elections ( if necessary)	3:00 pm onwards Saturday, 8th June 2019
Counting of votes, if necessary at SCA office	5:00 pm onwards Saturday, 8th June 2019
Declaration of Results	Immediately after the end of Vote Counting

 

All the affiliated clubs to SCA are requested to collect the letter from the SCA office. Only two (2) representatives can attend the GBM.
