School Timing changed in North Garo Hills following Heat Wave

In view of the ongoing Heat Wave conditions that has affected Garo Hills region, the Deputy Commissioner North Garo Hills District has directed all schools in the district to fix the class hours from morning 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM Noon with effect from Wednesday until further orders.

The order has been issued taking note of the students’ health and well-being as topmost priority and to avoid any untoward incidents.
