Schools closed in East Khasi Hills & West Jaintia Hills

DDMA, East Khasi Hills has directed
all schools in East Khasi Hills District are directed to remain closed on the 25th October 2022.

The order is due to the prevailing weather conditions in East Khasi Hills due to Cyclone Sitrang, and in view of the IMD forecast showing continued intense rainfall in the next 24 hours or so,

Similarly, the Deputy Commissioner and Chairman DDMA West Jaintia Hills has directed all schools, colleges and other educational institutions to remain closed on 25th October 2022.
