Shillong Lajong back on home turf to face Namdhari in the I-League

Shillong Lajong will play their next match tomorrow back at home against Namdhari FC at 7 pm in SSA Stadium, Polo.

After playing four consecutive matches away from home, Lajong are now back in their home turf as they will face current table toppers Namdhari FC in the I-League.

In the pre-match press conference held earlier today Lajong head coach, Jose Carlos Rodriguez Hevia expressed that he is excited to be back playing at home with the support of the faithfuls, speaking about the match Coach Hevia said that the team is well prepared and they are looking forward to take advantage of the home crowd and look for all three points tomorrow which will also help to close the gap with Namdhari and only 8 points separating the two sides.

Lajong are currently 7th in the points table with 16 points from 12 matches while Namdhari are top of the table  with 24 points from 12 matches. 

This will be an interesting encounter as both the teams would look to claim all three points, for Lajong a win would close the gap to just 5 points from the top and for Namdhari a win will continue to keep them on top.
