Shillong Sports Association to organise Women Football League Tournament

Shillong Sports Association (SSA) will organise the Women Football League Tournament 2022 tentatively from March 21.

In official press release SSA informed that Participating Teams under the jurisdiction of East Khasi Hills District only can take part in the Tournament which will commence tentatively from the 21st March 2022.

All players taking part in the league should be fully vaccinated.

Here is the Terms and Conditions/ Guidelines to be followed by the Teams in the League:

The Entry Fee is Rs.1000/-(Rupees One Thousand) only per Team which should be paid before 5th March,2022.

Registration Form of Rs.50/- per set (5 sheet) will be supply by the Office of the Shillong Sports Association to the Team on the day receiving the Entry Fee.

Registration of players is Rs.50/- per players only and the Team Can Registered not more than 25 (Twenty- Five) players and no late Registration will be entertained.

Registration of players along with Xerox copy of vaccination certificate should be submitted to the Office of the Association on or before 16th March 2022. Registration of player without a copy of vaccination certificates will be not be allowed to take part in the Tournament.

The Association will scrutinize the Registration of players of all the Teams before the start of the Tournament and reserved the right to reject any players without valid documents.

No request from the Team will be entertained for protest any player’s already scrutinized by the Association.

Only Three Officials can be registered with the Team. Duration of the match is 30+10+30 Minutes.

Prize Money for the Champion Team is Rs.30000/-(Rupees Thirty Thousand) only and for the Runner-Up Team is Rs.18000/- (Rupees Eighteen Thousand) only besides Medals, Certificates. The Champion Trophy will be awarded for the Champion Team only.
