Shullai inaugurates organic market cum dorbar hall at Lumshatsngi Kench’s Trace

BJP leader and cabinet minister Sanbor Shullai on Saturday inaugurated the municipal organic market cum dorbar hall of Lumshatsngi-Kench’s Trace. 

The market was constructed at a cost of Rs 4.41 crore as per recommendation of Shullai. 

Addressing the inaugural function, Shullai appealed to all for strengthening the love, respect for secularism but not communalism. 

Earlier, speakers at the function lauded the sustained efforts of the local MLA in bringing various kind of developmental schemes for Lumshatsngi Kench’s Trace in particular and the South Shillong constituency in general. 

The programme was chaired by Kyrsoi Bok Nongbri, Rangbah Shnong and Venus Pamthied, Secretary Shnong of Dorbar Shnong Lumshatsngi -Kench’s Trace.

Officials from the urban affairs department, Shillong Municipal Board, KHADC and others were also present.
