The Deputy Commissioner South West Khasi Hills on Monday ordered the closure of all State Government Offices, all Revenue and Magisterial Courts and Educational Institutions within South West Khasi Hills District on the Tuesday on account of demise of (L) Rowell Lyngdoh, Ex- MLA of South West Khasi Hills District, Mawkyrwat.
