State Bank of India closed after COVID-19 positive cases
The Deputy Commissioner, East Khasi Hills District on Sunday directed the State Bank of India (SBI), Main Branch Building to remain closed on 19th October 2020 for complete sanitization after COVID-19 positive cases.
The order was issued based on the report received from the Incident Commander and Medical Officer incharge of Zone –III that COVID-19 positive cases have been detected in State Bank of India, Main Branch, Shillong.
According to the order, on the 20th and 21st October, 2020, the Bank shall open only for other essential banking service and no public transactions shall be allowed.
