Street play on sexual abuse, early marriage and adoption held in Jowai

The office of the District Child Protection Unit, West Jaintia District on Thursday performed a street play on Child Sexual Abuse, Early Marriage and Adoption in Jowai.

The play was performed in local market in Jowai at Iawmusiang (MTC Bus stand) and at Ladthadlaboh Iawthymme.

The officer, staff and intern students of the office of the DCPO through this street play aimed to spread awareness and remind every individual that each one has a responsibility to see that every child is safe and free from violence.
