Two Congress MLA rewarded with Co Chairman’s berth

The supports of the five Congress MLAs to the present NPP led MDA govt has been highly acknowledged as two of the Congress MLAs have been rewarded handsomely.

According to an order no.POWER-43/2004/304- Dated 17.2.2022, the Governor of Meghalaya appointed Mohendro Rapsang, MLA and P.T.Sawkmie, MLA as co Chairman of the Meghalaya New and Renewable Energy Development Agency MNREDA).

They will be entitled to perks and facilities under Category “A+” as per the Finance (AF) Departments O.M No.FEM.44/2003/Pt.II/155 dt.20.09.2010 with effect from the date of joining and until further orders:
