Unclaimed dead body

The Joint Director of Health Services (SS), Civil Hospital, Shillong has informed that a male patient named Mogar Thapa, aged 40 years, C/o D. Thapa, Umchyrmet Tuber, West Jaintia Hills was admitted in the Male Surgical Ward, Bed No. 24, Civil Hospital, Shillong on 03-07-2020 at 10:17 AM. The patient expired on 18-08-2020 at 10:05 AM.

All concerned relatives, etc. are hereby requested to collect the dead body from the Hospital Morque immediately, failing which the dead body will be send for disposal by the Shillong Municipal Board.
