Unknown dead body at CH Morgue

The Joint Director of Health Services (SS), Civil Hospital, Shillong has informed that an unknown male patient, aged 40 years, C/o PAB, Civil Hospital, Shillong was admitted in the Male Medical Ward, Bed No. 4, Civil Hospital, Shillong on 09-09-2020 at 4:33 pm. The patient expired on 09-09-2020 at 09:25 PM.

All concerned relatives, etc. are hereby requested to collect the dead body from the Hospital Morgue immediately or within a period of 3 days with effect from the date of issue of this notice, failing which the dead body will be sent for disposal by the Shillong Municipal Board.
