VPP President officially on against wits of Lambor & wealth of Dasakhiatbha

Former Nongkrem MLA and Voice of People Party president Ardent Basiawmoit is all set to battle out the wits of Lambor Malngiang the sitting MLA and the wealth of Dasakhiatbha Lamare from Nongkrem Constituency.

The candidature of the former FKJGP president is amongst the first list of candidates announced on Monday by the newly constituted party.

Damewanhi L Rymbai will take on UDP MLA and Minister Kyrmen  Shylla from Khliehriat while Avner Pariat will clash with the lone Khasi woman MLA Ampareen Lyngdoh in East Shillong.

Ricky AJ Syngkon will face sitting MLA Jason Sawkmie from Umsning while Heavingstone Kharpran will take on bye poll MLA Pyniaid Syiem at Mawryngkneng and Brightstarwell Marbaniang faced the mighty P T Sawkmie from Mawlai.

Raja Jyrwa is a fight with Mohendro Rapsang and former MLA Paul Lyngdoh from West Shillong whereas Danny Langstieh is lock in with Sanbor Shullai from South Shillong.

Aibandaplin F Lyngdoh the  lone female candidate of the party will face Hamlet Dohling in Mylliem followed by Winston Tony Lyngdoh (Nongthymmai) Doristar Marbaniang (Mawphlang), Manbhalang Thabah (Pynursla), Shanlang Warjri (Mairang) and Overlin Imiong (Ranikor).
