Water Resources Dept organises cleaning drive at Myntdu River

As part of India@75 “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav”, the Water Resources Department, West Jaintia Hills organised a cleaning drive at Myntdu River on Thursday.

Deputy Commissioner West Jaintia Hills District Garod LSN Dykes attended the programme as the chief guest in the present of B Kurbah, Executive Engineer Water Resources, Jowai, N Tariang SDO, Water Resources Jowai, president synjuk Waheh Shnong Jowai Alan Niangti among others.

All the localities of Jowai town took part in the programme.
