West Jaintia Hills to host Buyer-Sellers Meet cum SHG Mela

The Deputy Commissioner’s Office, West Jaintia Hills District, in collaboration with various line departments, is set to host a “Buyer and Sellers Meet cum SHG Mela” from 5th to 7th December 2024 at Jrisalein Playground, Chutwakhu, Jowai.

This event aims to foster opportunities for buyers and sellers to connect, while showcasing products and initiatives by Self-Help Groups (SHGs) in the region.

The mela promises to be a platform for networking, trade, and empowerment for local communities.
