Winter Workshop 2025 by IIM Shillong successfully concludes

NE-CCIE and Nurturing Minds from IIM Shillong successfully concluded their Winter Workshop which took place from January 20 to 24, 2025, at Mawkasiang Umroh Presbyterian School and Quidotto Memorial SSA RCLP School, adopted by IIM Shillong in 2024. This five-day event fostered creativity, critical thinking, and life skills among students.

Day 1 featured Orientation and Art & Craft, including math and vocabulary games, creative crafts, and an art contest. Day 2 focused on Science and Safety Awareness with hands-on experiments, first aid, and disaster management sessions. Day 3 emphasized mathematics skill-building and personal safety awareness through a math relay race and the launch of the Maths Campaign, promoting mathematical excellence in Meghalaya.

Day 4 was centered on physical fitness and wellness with sports, yoga, and dance sessions. The workshop ended on Day 5 with a grand finale at IIM Shillong Campus, showcasing cultural performances and a talent show.

The workshop demonstrated IIM Shillong’s commitment to providing a well-rounded educational experience, empowering young learners, and promoting mathematical proficiency to shape the educational landscape in Meghalaya.
