Woman admitted in Jowai Civil Hospital tested COVID-19 positive

A woman admitted at the Jowai Civil Hospital, was tested positive for COVID-19 on Tuesday, taking the number of active cases in West Jaintia Hills District to 13.

Official sources informed that the woman, who was pregnant, had gone to Jowai Civil Hospital, Ialong for delivery on Sunday last.
