World Blood Donor Day Celebrated at Woodland WK Hospital Jowai

Woodland WK Hospital Jowai marked World Blood Donor Day with a special event. The nurses, guided by Assistant Nursing Superintendent Ibadahun Dhar, performed a skit to educate patients and their families about the benefits of blood donation.

In a similar event at Jowai Civil Hospital, Panaliar, the hospital was recognized for its regular voluntary blood donation drives.

Additionally, Woodland WK Hospital is working towards obtaining permission to establish a Blood Storage Center in the district, reflecting Dr. Werlok Kharshiing’s commitment to improving healthcare services.
